Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Bluffdale, Utah. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $150, with a few exceptions (see below). Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

*Please note that holidays and sales may delay the order fulfillment process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.

*While the delivery estimates provided at checkout are expected, we unfortunately do not have control over any delays that may be caused by mail carriers, including weather delays.

*Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Due to the additional associated shipping requirements, brim hats, select home goods, and select cosmetics (mousses, liquids, aerosols) are not eligible for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping cost is calculated at checkout and determined by shipping location and package weight.

Customers for international orders are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies.

The estimated delivery time for international packages varies, but is typically 2-4 weeks.

Howdy Darlin Hat Co is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once an order has been shipped.
